My wife was nervous about getting a massage for the first time, so I booked us a couples massage so I could be there for emotional support (which she ended up not needing because everyone was so thoughtful and kind!) Trista and Naudia were both awesome, they were attentive listeners when talking about problem areas, and gave us a great experience. The whole place has a professional and calming vibe. Definitely planning to go back.

Amazing!!! I highly recommend anyone at Intuition, I get waxed every 4 weeks by the owner Kim and everything is always absolutely perfect! I also get massaged by Trista and without her my shoulders would still be full of knots she makes me feel so good! Every employee there is so warm and welcoming and create a relaxing and clean environment.

I had an awesome deep tissue massage with Trista today. She was super personable, the pressure was perfect, and I felt incredible afterwards. As someone who sits hunched over for work all day, you don't notice how badly you need a massage until you're getting one. Their pricing is very reasonable, I went for 90 minutes and it was worth every penny. She took her time and I didnt feel rushed at all afterward. Super cute place, well-decorated and cozy but clean and inviting. Depending on the day it might be difficult to find street parking, so definitely give yourself a few extra minutes getting there to be safe. There is also a paid lot very close by if need be. I had an amazing deep tissue massage with Carly Z. The space is warm and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Carly was thoughtful and attentive with her pressure, always checking in to ensure my comfort. I left feeling loose, relaxed, and completely refreshed. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a quality massage experience.

Had an amazing 90-minute relaxation massage with Trista K at Intuition Spa & Wellness. I was able to book last-minute online (though that might not always be the case), and the place was super easy to find—right across from the Buffalo Niagara Events Center. Parking was a little tricky because of an event, but there’s a big paid lot just up the street. The spa itself is really calming, and I was taken back right away. Trista made me feel super comfortable and was great about checking in on pressure and the heat of the table. The massage was perfect—just the right amount of pressure on all the tight spots. No rush at the end either, which I really appreciated. Definitely recommend!

I received an eye lift and tint from Kim and a facial– two separate appointments and both were amazing! Absolutely loved my experience from the time I walked, to the time I left. Kim is such a sweetheart and truly shows her clients love! This was my first time getting an eye lash tint and she was sooo educated on the process, helped me through understanding everything, and I felt so safe and comfortable because of that! 10/10 recommend!!!

Got a 90 minute massage from Trista and let me tell you - I feel reborn. I am 4mo postpartum with tension specifically in my neck and back. Trista put a major focus and so much care into working out the knots and bringing my body back down to Earth. It was hands down the best massage I have ever gotten. The attention to detail on each muscle, the amount of time spent on areas of concern, the perfect amount of pressure, the ultimate soothing atmosphere. I would rate six stars if I could!
